I grew up in beautiful Canberra, Australia but was deeply influenced by the calm and colour of Scandinavian design, thanks to spending much of my early childhood in my best friend’s family home—filled with Swedish and Norwegian classics. Wood-panelled walls, rich tapestries, iconic red hearts, clever kitchenalia, and my all-time favourite: a deep red Ericofon phone.

It wasn’t until years later that I realised how much those details shaped me. They taught me to appreciate good, thoughtful design—and more importantly, how to recognise it when I saw it.

In early 2025, I decided to take a punt and sell my finds on a regular basis. on Etsy and then primarily at the the Old Bus Depot Markets in Canberra. The response was overwhelmingly positive and over the last year, I have built up a lovely network of regulars and resellers (in person and online). I love what I do, I love talking to likeminded folk and I absolutely love travelling around this beautiful country and overseas, looking for items that give me the feels, to share with you.
